Cancellations are handled based on the individual terms outlined in each proposal. Please refer to your specific service agreement for details. Refunds will not be issued for any work that has already been completed or delivered.

6. Social Media Account Connections

Where our services include publishing to or managing your social media accounts, connections are made solely through each platform’s official authorization (OAuth) flow — we never ask for or store your account passwords. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and connected accounts must be business or professional accounts where the platform requires it. You can revoke LeafyLink’s access to any connected account at any time via that platform’s security settings or by contacting us; see our Data Deletion Instructions.

Use of our social media integrations is also subject to the terms of the underlying platforms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta’s Terms of Service, TikTok’s Terms of Service, and the equivalent terms of each connected platform.

8. Limitations of Liability

LeafyLink is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party provider outages, social platform API changes, policy changes, or content moderation decisions, or client-related issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service affected.

9. Ownership of Content

Any content, including images, blogs, or other materials, that LeafyLink creates on behalf of clients remains the property of LeafyLink. We reserve the right to use this content for marketing purposes, including in portfolios, promotional materials, and case studies.

10. Termination of Services

LeafyLink reserves the right to terminate services at any time and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, non-payment, breach of contract, or any behavior that violates these terms. No reason is required for termination. Upon termination we disconnect any connected social media accounts and delete stored access tokens.
